UPDATE October 15, 2025 – The door-to-door (or door-to-mailbox) delivery of the 2025/2026 waste collection schedules has now ended. If you did not receive your waste collection schedule in the mail, use Zone Finder to request a digital copy to be emailed to you or download the Recycle Coach app. This helpful app can also send collection day reminder notifications and help answer questions about what items go where. A printed copy of the collection schedule is also available for pick-up from these locations: City Hall, 300 Dufferin Ave, City EnviroDepots & W12A Landfill, London Public Library locations, and City of London Community Centre locations.
